IDS Santè organizes a big challenge within 4 cities in France to promote connected health and our webshop. During 6 months, from June to November, 1 000 volunteers will participate in a study. IDS will record daily their steps, distance and calories burned. Results will be displayed live on the website of a national newspaper we are teaming up with.

IDS Canada performs a “never-done-before” Custom Healthcare Service!

IDS Canada successfully executed the first phase of a custom sampling project for Post Cereal Canada, beginning in February and continuing nationally through Q3, 2013. 

IDS Canada Field Service Representatives strategically placed cereal samples in IDS Canada’s family physician offices  and were asked to “get creative” in the way the samples were displayed.

Nutricia has been a client of IDS Netherlands since 2012.  After a successful campaign in WIS for ‘colic’, Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition challenged us to carry out a particularly custom-designed service for Q2 and Q3.  Nutricia wanted to do two campaigns simultaneously but had a budget for only one. The campaigns include Nutridrink Smoothie for youngsters up to 10 years and Nutridrink Compact for older people aged 55 years and above with low body resistance.

IDS Santé introduces QUIZsanté:  The first mobile website presence in WIS

Last April 15 2012, IDS Santé launched the first health web app ‘QUIZsanté’   for mobile users within the medical practice. Patients can access the Quizsanté in 2 ways: via a QR code on brochures and directly via the URL www.quiz-sante.fr

The site offers 40 educational quizzes to promote and encourage communication with doctors.  Assessment of the message is based on 3 criteria – level of interest, recommendation and dialogue with doctors.

Quizsanté (Health Quiz) provides several advantages for both patients and doctors. It allows patients to test their knowledge about health, prepare them for consultation and at the same time, entertaining themselves intelligently while waiting. On the other hand, the Quizsanté allows doctors to save time during consultation as patients are already better prepared, it reinforces their prevention advice and make the wait more pleasant.

Since launch in April 2012 Quizsanté  has generated + 45 000 visits so far, creating traffic within the waiting room on our mobile website. Each visitor looks at 10 pages on average and average visit length is 7 minutes. Most traffic comes from visitors entering directly via the URL (so via the poster in the waiting room).

Only 8% of the traffic comes from search engines which proves that Health Quiz is genuinely a web app used in the waiting room.

“The ‘Quizsanté’ mobile solution is now fully integrated in the multichannel campaigns of our customers”, says Frederic Faurennes, CEO of IDS Sante.
