IDS Santè organizes a big challenge within 4 cities in France to promote connected health and our webshop. During 6 months, from June to November, 1 000 volunteers will participate in a study. IDS will record daily their steps, distance and calories burned. Results will be displayed live on the website of a national newspaper we are teaming up with.

IDS Canada performs a “never-done-before” Custom Healthcare Service!

IDS Canada successfully executed the first phase of a custom sampling project for Post Cereal Canada, beginning in February and continuing nationally through Q3, 2013. 

IDS Canada Field Service Representatives strategically placed cereal samples in IDS Canada’s family physician offices  and were asked to “get creative” in the way the samples were displayed.

Nutricia has been a client of IDS Netherlands since 2012.  After a successful campaign in WIS for ‘colic’, Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition challenged us to carry out a particularly custom-designed service for Q2 and Q3.  Nutricia wanted to do two campaigns simultaneously but had a budget for only one. The campaigns include Nutridrink Smoothie for youngsters up to 10 years and Nutridrink Compact for older people aged 55 years and above with low body resistance.

MediQual Research featured in "20 minutes"

The MediQual Research health research institute, a subsidiary of
IDS Santé (France), created a stir when featured in "20 minutes" last October.  The results of the food behaviour study performed by Seb, the leading group worldwide in small domestic appliances, caught the attention of the leading French daily. "Exclusive"!

What company hasn't dreamed of seeing its work and its name with a resounding "EXCLUSIVE" headlining a premier French daily?
MediQual Research, a young subsidiary of IDS Santé, has made this dream come true. The banner in the 13 October 2010 issue of "20 minutes" announced, "EXCLUSIVE - According to a study by the Institut MediQual Research and Seb, one quarter of French people do not eat a balanced diet, leading to obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease".  
As a reminder, 770 000 copies of "20 minutes" are distributed every day, making it the number one daily in France.
This result demonstrates that the French are increasingly interested in their health and nutrition. It also rewards MediQual Research's hard work for Seb within the scope of the "Assessment of the nutritional practices and opinions of general practitioners". MediQual Research offers "ad hoc" health studies by capitalising on the experience of its teams in other areas - consumer goods, banking and insurance, services - and considers subjects not as patients, but rather as health consumers. Moreover, MediQual Research benefits from IDS Santé's resources, including a wide panel of health professionals served by 70 motivated and professional representatives.

The study commissioned by Seb could therefore be conducted in a mere 10 days by Computer Assisted Web Interviewing of 295 general practitioners located throughout France. This study, which was coordinated according to three major themes (physician practices, patient attitudes and real life treatment experiences), really helped to identify the issue by creating profiles for the different players, their practices and their experiences.
